A one-time purchase of the Divorce Guide USA Toolkit: a set of online educational worksheets, checklists, trackers, and an export feature for organizing your own information ahead of a California divorce. Access is delivered to your account immediately after payment.

Divorce Guide USA is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. This is general educational information about California and is not a substitute for advice from a licensed California attorney about your situation. The toolkit teaches how California's process works in general and helps you organize your own information. It does not give advice about your specific situation, and it does not complete or file court forms (including FL-100, FL-142, or FL-150) for you. For advice about your situation, consult a licensed California attorney or your county's Family Law Facilitator.

The toolkit is $47 USD as a one-time payment unless a different price is shown to you at checkout. Payment is processed by our payment provider. Applicable taxes may be added at checkout.

If the toolkit doesn't help you feel more organized and in control, email help.divorceguide@gmail.com within 30 days of purchase and tell us what didn't meet your expectations. We will review your feedback and work with you to make it right.

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure. You keep ownership of everything you enter into the toolkit. You may export or delete it at any time. Do not share your account access with others.

The toolkit is licensed to you for personal use. You may not resell, redistribute, or republish its contents.

We may improve, add to, or adjust modules over time. If we ever need to discontinue the product, we will give existing customers notice and a way to export their information.

The toolkit is provided for educational and organizational purposes. To the extent permitted by law, Divorce Guide USA is not liable for decisions made, or outcomes reached, in your divorce or any legal proceeding.
